Founder & ABA Therapaist
Josephine Chiofalo is the founder of Mighty Milestones, a licensed NYC DOE Special Education Teacher, Early Intervention provider, and ABA therapist. Inspired by her personal experience navigating services for her own child, she built the organization to create a more seamless, supportive experience for families. Josephine is committed to staying at the forefront of evidence-based practices while helping children reach their fullest potential.

Valentina Ferraro is a dedicated ABA therapist with over 13 years of experience as an early childhood special education teacher. She is passionate about supporting young children through individualized, evidence-based approaches that foster growth, confidence, and independence. Valentina is committed to creating nurturing, structured environments where children—and their families—feel supported every step of the way.
Dana Bruno
ABA Therapist
With two decades of experience in special education, I specialize in supporting children with autism and developmental differences through evidence-based ABA practices. I hold a Master’s degree in General and Special Education and an advanced certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. My work spans early intervention, SEIT, and SETSS services, where I design and implement individualized strategies that promote meaningful progress. As a mother of four children, I combine professional expertise with a personal understanding of child development. I am committed to empowering children to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
